Responsibilities

1) Focus on oversea business technical support / product promotion and training

2) Ensure a high satisfactory from Wilo oversea sales subsidiaries

3) Help the sales for the technical part and other necessary support or possible raised problem

4) Ensure the promotion activities carried out as schedule for new product and application

5) Ensure the good cooperation and support with relative department

6) Ensure the big project support carried out effectively and directly face to overseas customer if needed

7) Translate technical support demands from oversea subsidiaries to detail actions with support from relative department

Requirements

1) Bachelor’s degree or above

2) Master of pump and mixer technical knowledge, especially in WWT application is preferred, more than 10 years of technical support experience

3) Experienced training and presentation skill

4) On-site work experience and problem-solving ability are required, and can adapt to frequent business trips

5) Team spirit

6) Fluent oral and writing English

7) Experienced in AutoCAD
