Leverage all available resources to profitably grow the sales of Wilo products, solutions and services in the key account.

Responsibilities:

• Business focused: EPC oversea business in segments of Building, Water Management, Industry…

• Manage selected big EPC Key Accounts from an in-depth knowledge of their oversea business and investment projects and intimacy with key decision makers (especially high-level engagement), growing sales and market shares and ensuring customer satisfaction. Big EPC eg. 中国寰球工程公司China Huanqiu Contracting and Engineering Corporation (HQC),中石化上海工程有限公司SINOPEC Shanghai Engineering Company Limited (SSEC),中国海诚工程科技股份有限公司China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd and so on.

• Leverage the Wilo direct and indirect sales resources in order to implement country-based sales, projects & services strategies

• Prepare and define Account Plan and Action Plan including information collection, project/pipeline identification & follow-up, internation project management, competitor analysis, Tendering, contract negotiation & signing, AR collection and engineering implementation & coordination

• Familiar with EPC sales process and working model.

Facilitate Key Account Management program policy at company level

Responsibilities:

• Develop tools, template, process to improve Key Account Management effectiveness

• Measure & monitor sales result of key accounts at company

Requirement

• Good ability of anti-pressure

• Engineering education background: Bachelor degree

• More than 8 years of experience in sales and account management in related foreign company

• Work experiences on big EPC project sales and well understand EPC operation process

• Successful experience of EPC big project implementation
