Main Accountabilities Leverage all available resources to profitably grow the sales of pump products, solutions and services in the market.

Responsibilities:

1、Business focused: EPC oversea business in segments of Building, Water Management, Industry

2、Capture project opportunity, explore and negotiate with Chinese EPCs to successfully win the order.

3、Prepare commercial and technical proposal based on EPCs /local sales requirements. Responds for Tendering process, deeply coordinate and cooperate with related teams.

4、Closely work with local Sales organization in the information collection, pipeline management & project follow-up, Tendering, contract negotiation & signing, AR collection.

5、Development capture plan and implement action plan for reaching EPC target.

6、Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

1、A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience.

2、Fluent spoken and written English.

3、At least 3 years' experience in Pump area, sales or technical function. Familiar Pump product and technology.

4、Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines;

5、Willing to travel and good ability of anti-pressure
