Kiln engineer or senior engineer

任职要求Job Requirement：

1. 大学及以上学历，热能工程、自动化等相关专业；有扎实的热能工程、工程热力学、工程流体力学、燃烧学、工艺热基础、热工过程及设备、过程自动控制的专业知识；

University degree and above; major in thermal power engineering, automation, or other related speciality; master strong professional knowledge of thermal power engineering, engineering thermodynamics, engineering fluid mechanics, combustion science, process heat foundation and related majors.

2. 有窑炉(隧道窑和蓄热式热力氧化炉)工艺及其控制工作经验优先考虑；

Having work experience of kiln process (tunnel kiln and regenerative thermal oxidation furnace) and control is preferred.

3. 能熟练掌握窑炉控制系统；

Good at kiln control system.

4. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.

5. 学习能力及个人驱动力强，以结果为导向；

Good learning ability and self-driven; result oriented.

工作职责Job Responsibilities：

1. 深入了解和掌握窑炉工艺及其控制系统；

Have deep knowledge and master kiln process and control system.

2. 熟练窑炉数据采集并对数据进行统计、分析和反馈；

Good at kiln data collection and make statistics, analyse and feedback result.

3. 负责窑炉工艺和工艺控制的管理并不断提升；

Responsible for management of kiln process and control and keep improving.

4. 对窑炉问题进行记录、跟踪及反馈和有效处理，窑炉工艺的执行情况；

Make record, follow up and feedback any problems of kiln; solve problems timely.

5. 完成厂长交办的其他任务。

Perform other assigned tasks by plant manager.
