工作职责：
1）评估业务运营、项目和订单的合规性 （Evaluate business operations，opportunities and initiative from compliance)
2）协调相关业务部门落地合规机制，提供合规培训和咨询，协助设计落实整改措施， （Coordiante business units to implement compliance
3) 规划开发合规解决方案与流程 ，优化公司合规体系，（Develop compliance solutions and processes, optimize corporate compliance program) management process, Provide training and advice, desgin and support improvement actions)
4）协调和配合外部律师 (Coordinate and support outside counsel)
5）完成主管交付的其他工作 （s​upport any other​ ad-hoc project​s​ as ​assigned）

岗位要求：
1) 本科以上学历，法律相关专业或国际贸易、工商管理等专业但具备合规工作经验的人员（ Bachelor Degree or above. Degree holder in Law preferred, or Degree in international trade, business management or related disciplines with compliance working experience）
2）精通出口管制合规、反商业贿赂合规与个人信息合规至少一项内容，并对其他两项有一定了解 (good knowledge about export control, anti-corruption and personal data protection with a strong understanding of at least one area)
2) 3年以上工作经验，包含不少于1年公司法务合规审计经验，有ICT行业从业经验者优先（minimum 3 years experiences, with at least 1 years in compliance, global trade or related function, experince in ICT industry is a plus)
3）中英文读写能力优秀，分析及数据处理能力突出者优先 (Excellecent writing in both Mandarin and English, Good analysis and data processing is a plus
4）法学功底/合规分析能力突出，具备国际视野(Good legal background or good compliance analysis with global perspective )
