The main missions of the role:
· Preventive & Advanced Quality Planning预防与先期质量策划
Responsible for APQP and production part approval for new or changed parts. Perform full runs at suppliers to validate process stability.
负责新零件及变更零件的先期质量策划与生产批准过程,执行全序试生产，以验证供应商过程的稳定性。
Plan and conduct supplier process audits as auditor.
作为审核员，策划并执行供应商过程审核。
· ​​ Inspection & Reactive Control监控与反应 ​​
Participate in incoming inspection risk assessment and manage the containment of non-conforming parts参与来料检验风险评估，并管理不合格品的遏制与验证。
Initiate quality notifications in the system and coordinate subsequent containment actions.
在系统中发起质量通知并协调后续遏制行动。
Coordinate the transfer of claim-related costs to suppliers and manage returns.
协调向供应商索赔相关成本，并安排不合格品退货。
· ​​ Problem Solving & Corrective Action问题解决与纠正措施
Lead the escalation process and follow up on supplier 8D reports
主导问题升级流程，并跟进评估供应商的8D报告。
Provide training and coaching on problem-solving methods to suppliers.
向供应商提供问题解决方法（如8D）的培训与指导。
· ​​Supplier Development & Continuous Improvement供应商发展与持续改进
Lead supplier development programs and conduct improvement activities. Such as LEAN. Cost reduce.
主导供应商发展项目，并开展精益、降本等改进活动。
Support improvement programs for global SQA process.
支持全球供应商质量流程的改进项目。
Skills and competencies
· Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, 本科及以上学历，机械工程专业
· Good Excel and PowerPoint skill is required具备良好的Excel和PowerPoint技能
· Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skill 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
· Drives results 具备推动结果的能力
