Coordinate with GTW and quote to overseas destinations for shipment below 500kgs.

与GTW协调并对于500公斤以下的货物报价给海外。

Issue invoice to local clients in time as per SOP.

根据SOP及时开具国内客户发票。

Issue invoice to overseas offices within KPI date

根据KPI要求时限及时开具海外代理发票。

Complete operation’s milestones and data quality as per SOP.

根据SOP完成操作的milestones和 data quality。

Assist finance colleague to push the long outstanding.

协助财务部同事催收长期欠款。

To carry out the tasks distributed by the Assistant Supervisor and Supervisor and other tasks assigned by manager.
