职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement sales strategies, lead the team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets;
- Develop new customer resources, expand domestic and international markets, and establish long-term stable customer partnerships;
- Maintain existing customers, solve customer problems in a timely manner, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Analyze market trends and competitor situations, adjust sales strategies to adapt to market changes;
- Manage the sales team, guide members to carry out business, and improve the overall performance and professional capabilities of the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in international trade, logistics management or related fields is preferred;
- More than 5 years of sales experience in international freight forwarding industry, with more than 2 years of team management experience;
- Familiar with sea freight, air freight, customs declaration, warehousing and other logistics links, with rich customer resources;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, team leadership skills, and ability to work under pressure;
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, which can be used as a working language.
