岗位职责：

带领网站团队，全面负责项目从规划、设计、开发到上线及持续优化的全过程。

通过数据驱动的洞察、A/B测试和客户旅程分析，优化网站性能和用户体验。
·
与内部团队（市场、IT、产品等）以及外部供应商紧密合作，确保网站项目按时高质量交付。
·
确保团队与供应商之间的高效沟通，定期提供项目进展更新，并使交付成果与业务目标保持一致。
·
推行最佳实践，确保工作流程、合规性、安全性和性能优化。
·
指导和培养团队成员，促进专业发展，提升技能，达成团队目标。
·
持续关注行业趋势、数字营销工具、AI应用及新兴网站技术，不断提升效率和竞争力。
任职要求：
·
计算机科学、信息技术、数字营销或相关专业本科及以上学历。
·
7年以上网站开发或网站管理经验，至少 3年团队领导/管理经验。
·
熟悉前端（HTML、CSS、JavaScript
框架）及后端技术原理。
·
具备较强的项目管理能力，有成功协调跨部门团队及外部供应商的经验。
·
优秀的问题解决和故障排查能力，能够同时管理多个项目并高效完成。
·
有生命科学、生物科技或医疗健康行业经验者优先。
·
中英文流利，具备出色的沟通能力，能够与技术及非技术相关方高效合作。
Responsibilities:
- Lead the website team, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning, design, and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Optimize website performance and user experience through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and customer journey analysis.
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, IT, Product) and external vendors, driving the on-time and high-quality delivery of website projects.
- Implement best practices in coding, workflow, compliance, security, and performance optimization.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth, improve skills, and achieve team goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing tools, AI applications, and emerging web technologies to continuously improve efficiency and competitiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in web
- development or website management, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js), and back-end technologies.
- Strong project management experience with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in life sciences, biotech, or healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of working effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
