Responsibilities：

1.Biologics Production Leadership:

• Develop, triage, implement, and troubleshoot innovative strategies for gene synthesis, protein

expression, purification, and/or quality control to achieve high yields, purity, and functionality.

• Design and execute experiments for the expression and purification of recombinant proteins using

mammalian cell systems.

• Oversee a team of research associates and/or biotechnologists, providing technical guidance and

fostering a culture of excellence in protein science methodologies.

2.Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to support the development of biologics,

with a focus on early-stage research and production scale-up.

• Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Quality Assurance, Process Development, and Manufacturing)

to ensure alignment and efficiency in biologics production workflows.

3.Client-Facing Project Management:

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing project timelines, deliverables, and

communication to ensure client satisfaction.

• Translate client requirements into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment with technical

capabilities and business objectives.

• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, challenges, and solutions, maintaining

transparency and trust.

4.Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze and interpret experimental data, preparing detailed technical reports and presentations for both

internal and external stakeholders.

• Contribute to the development of scientific publications, conference presentations, and webinars to

showcase innovative findings and advancements.

5.Innovation & Intellectual Property:

• Stay abreast of the latest scientific and technological advancements in protein science, cell engineering,

and biologics production.

• Generate novel ideas and contribute to the company’s intellectual property portfolio by drafting

scientific papers, filing patents and reporting innovations in scientific forums as required by the

company.

6.Complete other tasks assigned by superior(s).

Qualifications：

1.Educational Background：Ph.D., or equivalent

Major：Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Structural Biology,Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.

2.Knowledge & Skills：

➢ Experience with high throughput and/or scale-up processes for biologics production.

➢ Strong willingness to work in client-facing project management, with excellent

communication and interpersonal skills.

➢ Expertise in mammalian cell culture systems and recombinant gene or protein production.

➢ Familiarity with industry practices and regulatory requirements and quality standards in

biologics production.

➢ Excellent teamwork able to lead and collaborate effectively with external stakeholders and

internal teams.

3.Work Experience：

2+ years in antibody production, research, process development or technical services.

4.Competencies:

➢ Strong learning ability, good communication skills;

➢ Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.

➢ Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, troubleshoot technical challenges, and deliver innovative solutions.

5.Qualification Certificate：PhD degree from an accredited university.
