主要职责：

1.项目评估：根据客户的要求和科学的判断，评估项目策略，准备服务方案。

2.项目管理：协调所有团队以促进研究工作，并定期向客户提供任何项目进度/故障排除的反馈/更新，尤其是关键客户。

3.Work 与商业团队和生产团队合作，以确保项目能够及时完成。

4.帮助完善服务平台：深入了解市场需求和竞争对手。帮助优化和升级我们的服务包和平台技术。

5.帮助团队的日常运作。

6.至少拥有生命科学硕士学位;博士学位优先。

7.客户服务意识强，责任心强，有良好的沟通协调能力，执行力强。

8.固体蛋白相关技术背景，具有理解或动手经验。

9.能够同时处理多任务和管理各种项目元素。

10.管理高压力情况的能力。

Key Responsibilities:

1.Project evaluation: evaluate the project strategy and prepare the service proposal based on client`s request and scientific judgement.

2.Project management: Coordinate all teams to facilitate the research work and provide regular feedback/update to client for any project progress/trouble shooting, especially for key accounts.

3.Work collaboratively with commercial team and production team to ensure projects can be finished in time.

4.Help to improve of service platform: Have a deep understanding of the market needs and our competitors. Help to optimize and upgrade our service package and platform technology.

5.Help with the team’s daily operation.

6.At least MS degree in life sciences; PhD degree is preferred.

7.Strong customer service awareness, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability, strong execution ability.

8.Solid protein related technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience.

9.Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.

10.Capacity to manage high stress situations.
