【职位描述The Role】

校区副校长（销售服务经理）负责校区的销售团队及班主任团队的运营管理，并达成销售指标。包括新生销售，售后的班级管理，学习效果及学习体验等所有相关的校区活动管理。

The Sales and Service Manager is responsible for the full operation of sales and service department and achieving the sales target. This includes all pre-sale and post-sale activities in the center.

【工作职责Key Responsibilities】

•Operations - Work with the Director of Studies to implement the Operations Manual and to ensure teaching quality continually improves.

•Sales - Supervise the senior course consultant and the sales team to improve the sales process, monitor the sales team and meet budgeted

sales targets.

•Service – Supervise the senior customer relations office and the service

team to improve the service process and customer satisfaction, monitor the service team and meet budgeted retention sales targets.

•Recruiting and Training - Be in charge of local sales and service staff employment, ensure all staff receive appropriate training and participate in evaluations of them.

•Logistics - Ensure that all departments have timely and effective logistics support.

•Technology and Systems - Make sure IT and computer equipment meets the English First standard. Ensure that all relevant information is registered properly in the production system.
