Mission/Position Headline:

High performance on sales strategy implementation in China
·
Facilitate DO&AOS Business Management Head to explore market opportunities and high-quality channels to run standalone business in China.
Area of Responsibilities:
Reporting to DO&AOS Business Management Head, to:
·
Achieve order income and revenue realization
·
Ensure high quality and timely support on
DO&AOS product selling and delivery
·
Implement product strategy towards target customer/market segment for business success
·
Understand China DO&AOS market including ongoing projects, install base and customer purchasing habit, etc. to make business planning and forecasting to ensure target reaching
·
Identify market opportunities for DO&AOS standalone selling
·
Identify high-quality channel including distributors and partners to start and sustain DO&AOS standalone business
·
Coordinate activities of product marketing including customer needs feedback, events, etc.
·
Provide marketing insights to facilitate practical sales strategies
·
Build and maintain good relationship with key customers
Qualifications:
·
Education background in medicine, IT, business or marketing is required.
·
At least 8 years of experience in healthcare informatics industry, working as Sales, Pre-Sales, Business Development roles are preferred.
·
Strong communication skills with good knowledge of healthcare informatics product/solution selling process
·
Successful stories in new customer winning, account management, distributor management and channel expansion
·
Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
