We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering.

Principal responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of SREs, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
2. Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure reliability, availability, and performance.
3. Architect and design scalable cloud infrastructure solutions, leveraging Alicloud, AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
4. Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of container orchestration platforms, with a focus on Kubernetes.
5. Drive the implementation of infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform for automated provisioning and configuration.
6. Spearhead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines on cloud platforms.
7. Champion cloud security initiatives, ensuring compliance with security best practices and safeguarding data and applications.
8. Lead incident management efforts, including root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services seamlessly and support application development.
10. Conduct research and innovation to explore the application of AI techniques within the banking domain.
11. Share knowledge through presentations, workshops, and training sessions to upskill team members and promote a culture of learning.
