Responsibilities工作职责:
Order Management 订单管理
To maintain and process orders in SAP system, work closely with related parties to ensure the on time delivery and smooth operation of the Order-Delivery Process.
SAP系统中维护跟进订单，和相关部门一起确保准时交货和解决从接单到发货过程的相关问题。
Work with internal department to meet customer’s requirement and follow up for those outstanding cases.
协调各部门来满足客户需求和解决各种问题。
Working closely with finance team to follow-up payment status.
和财务部门紧密合作跟进货款回收。
Manage RMA transaction.
协调处理退换货等。
Qualifications任职资格：
Must have
a)Bachelor's degree, no limitation in major. 本科学历，专业不限。
b)Good oral and written English. 良好英语口语，读写水平。
c)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.出色沟通表达能力。
Nice to
a)Working experience in semiconductor corp. as Inside Sales or Customer Service.
半导体行业销售内勤，客服代表等岗位工作经验。
As a plus
a) Proficient in SAP ,especially for SD model 。熟悉SAP 系统，特别是SD 模块。
