工作职责:
1. 分析从订单发布到交货的过程，发现并改进现有服务的不足之处。
Analyze the end-to-end process from order release to delivery to identify and improve deficiencies in existing services.
2. 相关KPI分析，异常数据跟踪，找出解决问题的办法。
Analyze relevant KPIs, track abnormal data, and find solutions to problems.
3. 与全球团队和供应商沟通，寻找提高效率的机会。
Collaborate with global teams and suppliers to drive efficiency.
4. 优化出货报告并对运输成本分析了解。
Optimize the shipment report and understand the analysis of transportation costs.
5. VIP客户跟进。
Follow up with VIP customers.
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历，通过英语六级，3-5年物流相关工作经验。
Bachelor's degree or above, CET-6 passed, 3-5 years logistics experience.
2. 熟练优化运输报告；精通 Power BI，具备 Python 知识者优先。
Skilled in optimizing shipping reports; proficiency in Power BI with Python knowledge as a plus.
3. 全面了解国际航运法规、国际贸易术语解释通则和清关流程。
Comprehensive understanding of international shipping regulations, incoterms, and customs clearance processes.
4. 具备端到端物流的扎实操作经验（订舱、发货指示/预报警/最后一公里配送）。
Solid operation experience of end-to-end logistics (booking, Shipping instruction/ Pre-alert/Last mile delivery).
5. 了解电子元件或危险品运输流程者优先。
Knowledge of electronic components or dangerous goods shipping procedures is advantageous.
6.英语流利（书面及口语）。
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
