岗位职责:

Duties & Responsibilities 工作职责

1、主导早期新项目生产线设计及建立.Lead from early design and setup of new production line.

2、评估项目产品工艺时间及测量，定义UPH及优化生产线平衡.Estimate project process cycle time Idefine UPH and line balance improvement.

3、主导项目生产线直接人力计算及计划和执行Production project direct headcount calculation /plan and execution.

4、主导提升OEE及UPH.Lead improve OEE and UPH.

5、项目直接人力效率，设备和面积利用率的监控.Monitoring project direct labor efficiency, equipment efficiency and space utilization.

5、主导组织策划及给予团队相应的指导如何减少制造过程中的浪费.Lead organizes give team guidance how to reduce the waste in all manufacturing process

6、新项目资产需求评估.New project capex and opex evaluation。

7、能随項目要求跟国内外出差安排， Able to follow up domestic and foreign business trip arrangements as required by the project.

8、支持泰国項目.Be responsible for supporing projects in Thailand

任职要求:

Experience Required 工作经验：

1.5年以上消费类电子产品负责IE相工作经验.5years above in consumer electrical product IE working experiences.

2、具备PPT, Auto CAD, Excel软件的工作经验 Working experiences of PowerPoint, Auto CAD and Excel software.

3、熟悉项目生产线人力计算和执行.Know well about project production headcount calculation and execution.

4、具备新项目生产线布局图的设计及建立.With experiences new project production layout design and setup.

5、熟悉关于计算工艺制程标准时间和测量.UPH定义，生产线线平衡优化.Know well process standard time calculation and measuring, UPH define, Production line balance improvement.

6.具备主导组织策划及给予团队相应的指导如何减少制造过程中的浪费.With experiences organize give team guidance how to reduce the waste in all manufacturing process

7、熟悉生产线目视化，线体的标准执行，5S提升Know well line Visual management and line follow with all defined standard, improve 5S.

8、有海外出差工作经验为佳 Overseas business trip work experience.
