岗位职责:
工作职责 / Job Responsibilities：
1.负责供应商管理，监督并评估现场供应商的EHS表现，识别重复性问题，研究评估并提出改进措施以提升供应商EHS绩效。
Responsible for supplier management, monitor and evaluate onsite supplier EHS performance, identify recurring issues, and recommend improvements to enhance supplier EHS performance.
2.制定并优化仓库管理策略，确保库存准确性和高效运作，管理增值服务（VAS）流程。
Develop and optimize warehouse management strategies to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency, manage Value-Added Services (VAS) processes.
3.与计划、客户服务及外部客户保持高效沟通，协调物流需求并解决运营问题。
Maintain effective communication with planning, customer service, and external clients to align logistics requirements and resolve operational issues.
4.持续推动仓库流程优化，运用PDCA、精益生产（Lean）等工具提升运营效率。
Continuously improve warehouse processes by applying PDCA, Lean Production, and other optimization tools.
5.确保仓库符合5S标准及EHS（环境健康安全）要求，定期检查并落实改进措施。
Ensure compliance with 5S standards and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations, conduct regular inspections, and implement corrective actions.
6.管理仓库团队，培训员工并提升其操作技能，确保团队高效协作。
Supervise warehouse staff, provide training to enhance operational skills, and foster team collaboration.
7.熟练使用SAP系统及办公软件（Excel/PPT/Think Cell/CAD）进行数据分析和报告制作。
Utilize SAP system and office tools (Excel/PPT/Think Cell/CAD) for data analysis and reporting.
8.定期审核仓库KPI，制定行动计划以确保目标达成。
Review warehouse KPIs regularly and develop action plans to achieve performance targets.
任职要求:
任职要求 / Job Requirements
1、本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理或相关专业优先。
Bachelor
s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields preferred.
2、3年以上电子制造业仓库管理经验，有团队管理经验者优先。
3+ years of warehouse management experience in electronics manufacturing, team management experience preferred.
3、熟悉SAP系统操作，熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件。
Proficient in SAP system operation and skilled in using office software like Excel and PPT.
4、具备良好的英语读写能力（CET-4及以上）。
Good English reading and writing skills (CET-4 or above).
5、熟悉5S管理、EHS规范及精益生产理念。
Familiar with 5S management, EHS standards and lean production concepts.
6、具备优秀的问题分析和解决能力，能运用PDCA等工具进行流程优化。
Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, able to use PDCA and other tools for process optimization.
7、良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
8、工作认真负责，能承受一定的工作压力。
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
9、有CAD绘图经验者优先考虑。
CAD drawing experience is a plus.
