岗位职责:
根据计划，统筹和协调产品开发工作的任务分配。
According to the plan, summarize all the input activities and arrange the product development plan.
新产品、新技术和新设备导入工作。
New products, technologies and equipment Introduction follow up.
产品系统创建，代码创建，标准工时，流程创建等工作。
BOM and routing creating, cycle time benchmark, SAP maintenance and so on.
与各个部门沟通，输入镜片开发信息，合理的安排优先等级。
Collect lens development input information, arrange the priority reasonably.
协调样板，及时和团队完成QA,CS样板等输入和输出任务。
Support to collect master samples, prepare the QA, CS samples on time with the team.
协调更改level工作，按照43210顺序
Support move level job, follow the sequency from 43210
定期组织新产品开发会议，跟进开发任务，及时反馈及纠正可能发生的延误。
Arrange the NPI meeting frequency, follow up the development plan, alarm the team when needed for the risk of delay.
领导安排的其它事项。

任职要求:
机械设计制造及其自动化、电子、材料或化工等工科专业
Majors in mechanical design and manufacturing, automation, electronics, materials，Chemical engineering and so on
本科以上学历；Bachelor above
CET4，英语听说读写熟练 CET4 Able to read, write and speak English fluently
熟练使用office，CAD软件 Good office，CAD software skills
熟悉工程设计图纸 Familiar with engineering design drawing
良好的沟通能力Good communication skills
快速学习的能力 Fast learning
优秀的时间管理能力Excellent at time management
积极主动Be proactive
