Duties & Responsibilities:
Be fully responsible for the logistics services daily operations, including but not limited to cleaning, space management, landscape, pest control, furniture, asset, warehouse, etc.
Service providers management, including performance review, KPI management and etc.,
Managing team members to ensure above mentioned services be well perform and delivered.
Communicate with the critical users to accurately understand their needs, coordinate resources across service lines, and provide help and solutions
Handle user complaints, promptly escalate and take appropriate actions to ensure user satisfaction
Guide and supervise the warehouse daily operations, ensure client’s warehouse be well maintained and compile with the inventory requirements
Other duties as assigned soft service manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
College degree or above or equivalent training
Good spoken and written English
Experiences in property customer service
Quick learner and willing to learn new things
Self-starter and result oriented
Good communication skill and strong team work
Good command of MS Office (ppt, exel, word, outlook)
Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
High engagement and commitment to work
Major in Administration, Business English
