Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for primary allocation of team members and monitor the workflow.

Ability to support the team on execution and augment their research capabilities.

Understand stakeholder use cases, understand their research problems and proactively suggest solutions.

Provide required supports to Research team for commercial real estate research, including data upload, data clean-up, data analysis, report edits, etc.

Project management activities from planning, scoping, oversight on execution, delivery, and cascading feedback to the team

Ensure team's adherence to expected turnaround time and accuracy of activities undertaken

Lead the team to fulfil stakeholder expectations on projects, focusing on quality, timelines

Lead calls to discuss process updates with internal/external stakeholders

Audit and perform quality review for team members

Ensure strict adherence to the agreed procedures and process flows

Coordinate with Research department team leadership on data quality sprints to increase completeness and quality of the data

Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required

Identify training needs, analyse results of training courses and redesign courses as per the requirement

Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to understand their aspirations, deliver feedback and enhance collaboration between team and stakeholders, drive the team to deliver value and create impactful analysis using their research capabilities.

Adhere to agreed Key Peformance Indicators, Key Responsibility Areas, Service Level Agreements and customer service standards

Responsible for team’s performance and feedback

Monitoring and regularly reporting on project progress

Monitoring and regularly reporting on project progress and transition updates during the ramp up phase.

Support the global team in ramping up of operations including hiring and liaising between stakeholders and TA team.

Ability to bring organization strategy into action translating strategic ideas into actionable steps.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to create impactful presentations, so-what analysis and generate data driven insights on research use cases, team performance and ops reporting.

Experience in using Database management system preferred

Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills

Thorough knowledge of Quality Frameworks

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and effectively handling and prioritizing stakeholder requests

Strategic business acumen: Understand larger business strategy, able to provide solutions and strategies in response to stakeholder needs and concerns, implement organizational strategy through actionable steps in a timebound result oriented manner, and idea generation capabilities driven by local domain knowledge, to further bolster JLL’s strategy.

To Apply you need to have:

A bachelor’s degree (B.A., BBA, B. Com) with minimum 6-8 year’s work experience required in the corporate environment

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience needed on people management level

Ability to handle 2-6 team members

Strong attention to detail and good organizational, interpersonal and people management skills required

Excellent working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships (internal and external) remotely

Experience with ArcGIS, Tableau, PowerBI, and Python is preferred

The ability to work under pressure and prioritise work assigned and adhere to tight deadlines

Professional background in the commercial real estate sector (including office, retail, logistics, etc) is prefered, with a focus on research, valuation or consulting functions.

An approachable personality and good at managing and developing capability of team and act with integrity
