We will support the lab services and act as the agency mode. Under this mode, ‘lab service’ will be directly singed with client.

• Routine check and action tracking, ensure LOP are timely updated, all the operation records are properly documented.
• Organize regular meeting with lab service vendor, lab SBU, client SHE, FM and TSSC
• Organize KPI meeting
• Coordination between lab service vendors, Henkel other sub vendors and FM service vendors
• Ensure lab service vendors follow Henkel site operation regulations and standards (work permit application, onboarding training for onsite people and management)
• Support on monthly/quarterly report on lab services
• Support on site emergency drill for DG warehouse
• Support oven room standard management
