职位描述
1. Cheerful personality, strong logical thinking, self-motivated, and willing to learn and grow.
2. Proficient in English as a working language, with experience in administration or facility operations; FM (Facility Management) background is preferred.
3. Background in communication is a plus; responsible for drafting company-wide notices and replying to employee emails on behalf of the department; should have a good sense of aesthetics and be able to create simple posters.
4. Draft and review SOPs to meet contract and SLA requirements; regularly check if operations are being carried out according to SOPs.
5. Collect and compile the department’s Monthly Operation Report (MOR).
6. Organize team-building activities for the department.
7. Handle operational tasks such as work order management.
