What We Are Looking For
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Polymer Materials, Fine Chemicals, or related majors (graduating in 2025 or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of work experience).
Core Competencies:
Strong academic foundation in chemistry/chemical engineering with a passion for the chemical industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (a must for both technical service and sales roles).
Proactive learning attitude, problem-solving ability, and adaptability to dynamic work environments.
Basic English proficiency (both written and spoken); fluent English is a plus.
Personal Traits: Responsible, team-oriented, and willing to take on challenges.
