• Devise and conduct the new experiment methods to solve significant problem or improvement

• Lead the significant or controversial research project

• Develop and maintain the technical expertise, design the technical course to leverage skills level
according to the business needs

• Responsible for the significant experimental result analysis and issue the report with conclusion

• Take active role in problem solving of customer issues using appropriate methodology.

• Maintain cost efficiency of products by a systematic plan for approving the use of local raw
material whilst retaining product performance and application characteristics.

• Provide internal technical support to sales team for the purpose of technical know-how
improvement.
EHS意识，保持实验室整洁
• EHS consciousness and maintain laboratory tidy.

• Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken and full traceability of the work; Ensure all projects documentation is
completed and in full.
