1. 现场质量管理 Quality monitor on line
a. 跟踪模具在线生产中发生的质量情况,负责向模具部提出模具维修、修理的要求和事项,并在模具上线生产时参与对维修情况进行评估。Follow up the tooling status during manufacturing on line, raise requirement of tooling maintenance\repairing, participative evaluate the tool situation of maintenance before production as well (*** off part)
b. 负责带领检验员团队依据产品的质量规范对生产过程中的产品和半成品的质量进行在线控制,发生异常及时要求生产部门进行调整改善,并通报生产经理及部门主管。
Monitor product quality of finish part and semi-finished part accordance with quality criterion. Ask production department to modulate and improve the process when found abnorvent. Inform to production manager and on line supervisor in time as well.
c. 负责管理检验员执行日常检验计划,保存相关记录并定期维护所使用的量测器具。
In charge to monitor inspector to implement daily inspection schedule. To keep related record, gauge daily maintenance.
d. 监控产品在生产过程中的可追溯性，包括产品的日期标注、跟踪卡的标示、产品状态标示、最终产品的标注识别。
Traceability monitor on line. Include the date code marking\container card identification\state of production identification\final product identification.
e. 负责组织进料和出货检验，发生异常填写质量异常联络单，并及时通知供应商和部门主管以及相关部门。
In charge of incoming goods/shipping goods inspection monitor, to create” abnormal notification sheet” when abnorvent was happened, notify to supplier and quality manager and related department in time as well.
f. 负责不合格品的处理，能管理并及时地处理现场的不合格品。
Be responsible for dispose of unqualified products, can manage and timely dispose the unqualified products in plant.
2. 新产品开发new project developing
a. 积极参与项目新品开发所需APQP、试模、PFMEA的起草和更新,以及提供PPAP资料所需的过程质量控制文件。
Active participations new project of APQP\ tool trail run\PFMEA preparation and update, provide the process documents which PPAP needs.
b. 负责协助项目开发,对开发过程中的废品率缺陷情况进行分类和统计，配合项目部建立外观限度样品。
In charge of participation project developing, make statistics of developing parts scrap rate and classified. Support project department to build boundary sample.
3. 产品年审product annual audit
a. 依据公司质量文件的要求,配合执行产品审核工作以及质量部安排的其他质量审核工作。
Participation of annual product audit and other audit which quality department regulation accord to the company quality requirement.
b. 配合QC量测室执行测量系统分析工作。
Participate in QC measuring room to implement MSA analysis.
c. 配合处理客户抱怨工作。
Participate in customer complaint disposal.
d. 压铸行业工作背景佳。
Die casting background is prefered.
