职责/Your job:

§ 基于客户的原理图、PCB，向客户提供信号完整性（SI）和EMC的设计、仿真与整改咨询。Provide professional technical consultancy to customers in signal integrity (SI), electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), the cases may be involved in customer’ schematics/ PCB review, pre-and post-simulation.

§ 在客户处和形式多样的专业电子展会中，举办高水平技术讲座。 Hold high-level technical presentation in diversified world-wide electronic expositions and customer side.

§ 基于公司强大的技术团队、丰富的材料库和工作资源，学习并完成高质量技术材料，用于增强客户交流。Training and develop high quality technical materials

which enhance interaction with customer engineers.

§ 与团队不同背景的同事相互支持，包括SI/RF/EMC/SMPS.Collaborate with team members with different background in SI/RF/EMC/SMPS.

§ 在区域内，帮助销售同事赢得客户工程师信任，促进合作。Travels in your territory for customer development with sales colleagues.

专业和背景要求 ：
Your professional background：

§ 电子电气相关专业本科以上学位Master degree or above in electrical engineering, and electronics engineering.

§ 开关电源或高速电路本科6年、硕士4年以上研发背景， Minimum 6 years for bachelor, and 4 years for master R&D background in switching power, or high speed digital product.

§ 有EMC或SI的实际开发经验。Research and development experience in EMC or SI areas is a MUST.

§ 掌握一种仿真软件的应用，例如Cadence Allegro SI,
HFSS, Spice. Command software simulation tools such as Cadence Allegro SI, HFSS, Spice.

§ 熟练使用测量仪器，包括示波器、频谱仪、TDR和VNA. Familiar with measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzer, TDR, and VNA.

§ 对电磁场理论有深刻理解，熟悉EMC测试标准。 Solid academic background in electromagnetics,and familiar with global regulatory EMC standards.

§ 英语读写熟练，具有听说的基本能力。Fluent and proficient in English with professional grade in English (Writing / Speaking).

§ 独立工作、自我驱动，善于沟通。 Good inter-personal communication skill, independent and self-motivated.

§有驾照。 Possess driving license.
