职位描述

FSO Operation is a team which manages and coordinates the internal operation of GC FSO. The operation team comprises of central team and service line team. As a member of central operation team, the candidate has the following responsibilities:


1) As an internal consultant, improve operation processes, draft operation policies and procedures and respond to consultation.

2) Develop, facilitate and track progress of initiatives for improving operation management.

3) Carry out daily tasks, which include operation affairs review / pre-approval, data collection and consolidation, analysis and reporting, issue investigation, etc.

4) Coordinate the service line operation teams and other FSO functions to complete joint tasks.

5) Participate in the design and implementation of the internal systems.

6) Participate in the firm wide initiatives / affairs.


Requirements:

1) More than 6 years working experience.

2) Better had a few years of work experience in professional firms like big 4, especially as a consultant.

3) Good at communication.

4) Fluent in English.

5) Better can speak Cantonese.
