Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain relationships with clients, winning work proactively and contributing to winning new clients;
· Shape and articulate solutions to complex technical problems working with stakeholders from EY, client and tax authority stakeholders;
· High level management of the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical / business driven approach taken;
· Able to identify and manage areas of risk for clients and the firm, consulting appropriately;
· Responsibility for day-to-day delivery of exceptional client service;
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years work experience in transfer pricing and related areas (including in-house work experience)
· A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with an advanced degree in economics, law, tax or accounting;
· Strong transfer pricing technical skills with experience in all areas;
· Strategically and commercially aware and committed to delivery of exceptional client service;
· Negotiation skills - able to sustain opinion and handle challenges;
· Effective time management - ability to remain calm when under pressure to meet deadlines;
· Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
· Enthusiastic team player with ability to create, sustain and lead effective teams;
· Experience of coaching and developing more junior staff;
· Ensure delivery of quality work and take day to day leadership of delivery team;
· Change-orientated with flexible approach.

能够为客户和公司识别和管理风险,并提供适当的咨询意见;
负责日常交付以及提供卓越的客户服务。
岗位要求:
在转让定价及相关领域拥有至少两年以上工作经验(包含企业相关工作经验);
学士学位或硕士学位,具有经济学、法律、税务、会计或工商管理硕士学位者优先;
优秀的转让定价专业技能以及在各个领域中的经验;
具有战略和商业意识并致力于提供卓越的客户服务;
谈判技巧---能够坚持观点并应对挑战;
有效的时间管理---能够沉着应对项目交付的压力;
优秀的中英文口语和书面表达能力;
优秀的团队合作能力,能够组建、维持和领导高效团队;
指导和培养更多初级员工的经验;
确保交付高质量的工作并领导交付团队的日常工作;
能够灵活应对工作中的变化。
