Main responsibilities职责描述：
• Lead or support implementation of Smart Factory projects (e.g., Paperless, MES, DEC, AI related, other global or local solutions, etc.)

 Coordinate and pilot the projects, including the deployment of the solution on site in accordance with the defined schedule, cook book, core model and delivery model

 Accountable for Project planning including timelines, costs, scope and risks; Conducts project communications and management of site and global stakeholders

 Present the project in the corresponding governance committees for review and decision making

 Ensure alignment with users' needs and act as their representative alongside the projects execution

 Monitor the backlog and ensure that the team is working on the most important activities. Execute project with daily check in /check out with his team

 Coordinate with the team and stakeholders to address concerns / issues, define the mitigation plan, and follow up on its implementation. Own the weekly project review with his /her management and his monthly steerco with his/her sponsors

• Developing, deploying and Maintaining site Dashboards and Visual Management to support the site performance management

 Design, develop, and maintain site dashboards and visual management tools to monitor KPIs and site metrics.
 Deploy dashboards to site stakeholders, explain the outcomes and the user interface
 Ensure data visualization tools are user-friendly and provide actionable insights for site stakeholders.
 Ensure data refresh and tool / masterdata updates to secure data availability & accuracy
 Optimize dashboards as continuous improvement, based on user feedbacks

 Conduct data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies especially to support CI process.
 Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to forecast future performance and identify potential areas for improvement.
 Prepare presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

 Use data-driven approaches to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
 Assist in the implementation of corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness through data analysis.

• Anticipating Impact and supporting deployment and usage of Global Performance Digital Solutions (Snowflake, Plai, DEC, …)

 Anticipate the impact of new digital solutions on the site and existing digital solutions landscape.
 Lead the deployment of global digital solutions such as data lakes, global dashboards, and other advanced analytics tools.
 Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing systems and processes to enhance data accessibility and decision-making.
 预测新数字化解决方案对工厂和现有数字化解决方案格局的影响

- Mature level of proficiency in term of project management, data analysis know-hows. Minimum of 3 years of experiences in the related field

- A good knowledge of the constraints and regulations in force in the pharmaceutical industry (GxP, FDA, etc.)
