3. 体验优化：协助走查阿语平台体验，对产品功能、营销文案、用户体验等方面进行优化迭代
4. 客户沟通：与沙阿买家沟通，了解客户体验，提出产品改进方案
任职要求：
1. 拥有本科及以上学历，市场营销、统计学、计算机科学或相关专业背景优先
2. 至少1年互联网平台或相关行业增长运营工作经验
3. 优先阿语商务级别或沙特/阿联酋本地市场经验优先， 中文流利
Alibaba.com (Arabic) Porduct Operation Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
1. User Acquisition Execution: Assist in executing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and growth hacking experiments to enhance user acquisition efficiency.
2. User Activation & Retention: Contribute to implementing user activation workflows and retention plans, leveraging email marketing, push notifications, and user journey optimization to boost user engagement and retention rates.
3. Experience Optimization: Collaborate on enhancing the Middle East platform experience by iterating on product features, marketing copy, and overall user experience.
4. Customer Communication: Communicate with Buyer in SA/UAE to understand customer experience and propose product improvement solutions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference given to those with backgrounds in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. At least 1 year of experience in growth operations for internet platforms or related industries.
3. Proficiency in Arabic at a business level or experience in the SA/UAE local market is preferred, along with fluency in Chinese.
