Job Responsibility
➢ Develop the extrusion process for new PUN tube product.
➢ Make the tech spec for the extrusion equipment.
➢ Develop the new moulding process for plastic injection part.
➢ Solve the problem in the production of PUN tube and plastic parts.
➢ Work with production colleagues to continue improve the productivity and quality.
➢ Support the localization for the plastic parts and tube from technical side.
➢ Drive the polymer technology development in GPCJN.
Job Requirement
➢ College or above in plastic engineering or mechanical engineering.
➢ At least 5 years of relevant business experience in plastic tube extrusion.
➢ Be familiar with plastic tube extrusion process, PUN tube is preferred.
➢ Be familiar with the simulation software for the screw design.
➢ Have experience in the die -design for tube extrusion.
➢ Have knowledge about the polymer material like TPU, PA, POM.
➢ Experience with plastic injection is preferred.
➢ Good at cooperation and communication in teamwork.
➢ English writing and speaking skills.
➢ Can work with office software and some simulation software for extrusion process.
