RESPONSIBILITY
OVERALL:
Provide Program Management Office leadership and support for the program
Monitor and track integrated project plan; manage transition or workstream or process leads input, chase respective sub-teams, and escalate open actions/risks/issues as required
Track and manage the program-level risks and issues to closure
Point of escalation for wave leads for transition related risks and issues
Implement Stage Gate control points, monitor solution changes, and quantify the associated impact
Own and manage the RAID log, end to end project plan, critical path
MEETINGS:
Publish the periodic program status reporting
Input preparation for all governance meetings
Document and publish the decision records and minutes of all program level governance meetings
COMPLIANCE:
Ensure compliance of CDP and RO-RO requirements
Ensure deal adherence to document configuration management and document standards on the program agreed share point
Support the Transition Lead to maintain program financials and budget
Conduct Internal Service Readiness, Go-No Go, Client Checkpoint, Program Stage-Gate Meetings
SKILLS
Transition Project Management experience
PMP / Other recognized Project Management qualification
Experience of implementing PMO processes within Accenture and client environments
