岗位职责：

汉语言文学及相关专业；

本科及以上学历，接受过相关认证机构的教师培训；

拥有相关的教育活动的经历和证书；

具有剑桥课程教学经验者优先考虑。

· Support whole school activities such as Chinese New
Year celebration, MYP Community Project, MYP Personal Project, DP Extended
Essay, EtonHouse challenges, and/or International Day.

· Provide professional learning strategies to students
in and out of the classroom.

· Work with the Lead Chinese Teacher to develop,
improve and monitor systems of assessment for students entering the school,
using data such as HSK, so that children's language needs can be quickly and
accurately catered for.

· Undertake IB assessment for learning within Chinese,
developing appropriate IB assessment tools and methods of IB appropriate
assessment in line with the best current international practice.

· Report student’s academic progress, using Managebac or
other platforms, to parents.

· Conduct conferences with students and parents.

· Alert administrators to any concerns about student
performance and progress in a timely manner.

· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of national and
international initiatives and teaching practice, by attending relevant courses
as well as implementing training programmes for team members.

· Work collaboratively with other teachers in the
Department, positively build relationships with other colleagues,
professionals, staff and administrators, students, and parents.

· Participate in all collaborative planning meetings.

· Actively participate in school activities and professional development programmes.

· Ensure understanding and compliance with school’s policies and procedures

· Remain up to date with subject developments and continued learning.

· Adhere to all school Health and Safety policies, particularly Child Protection.

· Anything else that is reasonably required by the school or the Principal.
