主要工作职责Essential Responsibilities
1 Planning and delivering lessons to young learners (ages 3-6)
2 Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement
3 Use a variety of appropriate teaching and caring methods to ensure high quality learning takes place.
4 Monitor student progress and maintain a portfolio for each student.
5 Maintain good relationships with parents and keep them well-informed about their student’s progress.

1 Proficient in Japanese;
2 Related teaching experience is required;
3 Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes;
4 Knowledge of or willingness to acquire knowledge of inquiry based learning is required;
