您的工作职责：

1.Support Armacell to identify and develop new market areas and applications for insulation and acoustic products within the Greater China.

在大中华地区支持阿乐斯发现和发展其绝热声学产品的新市场新应用。

2.Help formulating the winning strategy that leads to the profitable growth of our technical insulation / acoustic business in China.

帮助制定致胜战略，使我们在中国的技术绝热/降噪业务实现盈利增长

3.Provide technical support to internal staff and customers within the new market segment.

提供技术支持给内部员工和新市场拓展领域的客户

4.Establish technical specifications and manage local testing and technical approval processes.

建立技术规范和管理当地的测试及技术审批程序

5.Helping in the process of influencing authority in establishing local standards (fire protection, acoustic environment, energy saving) that align with Armacell’s development strategy in China.

在当地规范（防火、声环境、节能）制定时提供帮助，影响其与公司发展战略相一致

6.Attend customer visits, seminars and provide training to local sales teams and customers when required.

参与客户拜访，研讨会和提供培训给当地的销售团队和有需要的客户

Your profile：

您的个人资料：

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environment / HVAC, Engineering, Acoustic degree or Noise Control Engineering

学历：环保，暖通，工程，声学或噪声控制工程学，大学本科学位及以上

2. Working experience: minimum five years technical support, marketing application or product management in HVAC / acoustic / Engineering / Industrial related industry.

工作经验：五年以上在暖通/声学/工程/工业相关行业的技术支持、市场应用或产品管理经验;

3. Has enthusiasm, self motivation, willingness and ability to learn and input

热情，主动，积极肯干和快速的学习和领悟能力

4. Willing to communicate and with commercial sense. Skilled in presentation.

乐于沟通并具备商业直觉，善于演讲表达

5. Willing to travel extensively domestically and overseas

愿意在国内和海外出差

6. Working location: Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou/Chongqing/Suzhou

工作地点：北京、上海、广州、重庆、苏州

7. Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English

语言：流利的国语和英语

8. Preference: Good connection to acoustic/ Environment / Engineering/HVAC department in universities and institutes. Familiar with applications such as air compressors and high-temperature heat pumps. Familiar with industries such as data center, marine, heating and electric power industries.

优先考虑项：

1.与高校、协会的声学/环保/工程/暖通部门保持良好的关系。

2.对空压机、高温热泵等设备比较熟悉。

3.在数据中心、船舶、热力电力等行业比较熟悉。
