岗位要求：
1.客户开发与关系维护。独立开拓本地汽车品牌及经销商客户，完成合同签订，建立长期稳定合作。
2.深度挖掘客户需求，制定基于线索广告，直播，网红营销等针对性的整合营销方案。
3.联动公司内部资源，协调内容编辑，运营，产品团队，确保项目高效执行。
4.销售业绩目标管理，完成年度及季度销售回款指标，包括客户数量，广告销售金额及回款等指标。
5.跟踪客户项目的执行，解决客户的问题。
任职要求：
1.行业资源：具备3年以上汽车行业工作经历，熟悉主机厂和汽车经销商的品牌营销，传播、销售及线索管理业务。
2.具备丰富的本地汽车品牌和经销商资源，
3.熟悉直播，网红营销、广告投放业务，能有效地将公司产品转为客户语言进行推荐。
4.本科或以上学历，英语可作为工作语言，懂中文或粤语为加分项。
5.具备媒介代理公司或MCN公司或汽车媒体公司工作经历为加分项。
Job Title: Business Manager/Senior Business Manager (2 from Hong Kong, China and 2 from Malaysia)
We are looking for a business manager with rich automotive industry resources and business expansion capabilities. You will be responsible for liaising with automotive brands and dealers, exploring cooperation opportunities, promoting advertising and membership business, live streaming, and influencer marketing to achieve sales growth.
Job requirements:
1. Customer development and relationship maintenance. Independently develop local car brands and dealer customers, complete contract signing, and establish long-term stable cooperation.
2. Deeply explore customer needs and develop targeted integrated marketing plans based on advertising, live streaming, KOL marketing, etc.
3. Collaborate with internal company resources, coordinate content editing, operations, and product teams to ensure efficient project execution.
4. Sales performance target management, achieving annual and quarterly sales revenue targets, including customer quantity, advertising sales amount, and revenue collection.
5. Track the execution of customer projects and solve customer problems.
Job requirements:
1. Industry resources: With over 3 years of work experience in the automotive industry, familiar with brand marketing, communication, sales, and leads management for OEMs and car dealerships.
2. Possess abundant local car brand and dealer resources,
3. Familiar with live streaming, KOL marketing, and advertising business, able to effectively promote company products into customer language for recommendation.
4. Bachelor's degree or above, English can be used as the working language, and understanding Chinese or Cantonese is an additional requirement.
5. Having work experience in a media agency, MCN company, or automotive media company will be better.
