– 标准、完整、及时地完成鉴定测试和报告，以确保可靠性、客户满意度、市场占有率/竞争力。

– 协助产品可靠性的全过程管理：可靠性设计审查，推动问题解决，与内部相关方分享成果及经验。

– 统计、评估和评审产品可靠性，根据产品可靠性信息启动改进项目并跟进问题解决方案。

Your Job
Lead for reviewing product reliability requirement, reviewing product reliability design, preparing reliability test plan, implementing reliability test, releasing reliability report, and promoting the improving solution for product defects through whole-process management of product reliability to continuously manage and improve product reliability.


What You Will Do
1. Lead for making most standard compliant, widest covered, time&cost saved, customer application suitable reliability qualification plan to fully support new product development and product technical improvement.
2. Finish qualification test and report standardlycompletelytimely for reliability assurance, customer satisfaction, market capturingcompetitiveness.
3. Lead for whole-process management for product reliability reliability design review, drive on problem solution, share the failure lesson learned to the most widely for more values created.
4. Statistic, estimate and review product reliability, initiate improving project and follow up problem solution based on product reliability information.
5. Coordinate to evaluateplanprepare humanequipmentjigOutsourced lab etc.in advance to smooth and expedite test plan execution.
6. Built and optimize ongoing reliability monitoring procedure for mass production, and continuously manage and improve product reliability.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Bachelor or above in science and engineering
• 2 years minimum related working experience of optical communications fields such as reliability or design engineering.
• Good knowledge of optical communications product processes, reliability engineering and sampling plan.
• Demonstrated ability to assess reliability experiment, build and implement test plan.
• Good data analysis capability, such as data collect, integrate, classification, analysis, summary, etc.
• Good written skills for expression of assessment or reliability report in a clear, accurate and concise manner.
• High degree of organizational skills as juggling multiple projects and managing them to specific timelines is expected.
• Good interpersonal skills to achieve success in product reliability qualification.
• Able to communicate effectively both in writing, one on one verbal, and group meetings.
• CET-4 +, good listen, verbal and written skill
