工作职责：负责光通线束生产组装、测试工艺，产品有MPO光纤跳线/光缆跳线/光纤连接器

任职要求：本科学历，理工科专业，光电专业佳；3年以上光通行业工艺工作经验，5年以上佳，有良好工艺改善和项目管理经验；逻辑条理清晰，良好的沟通协调能力；工作积极主动，抗压，良好的异常分析解决问题能力；英语CET4, 书面良好，口语可交流佳。

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Development
of new and existing products that meets or exceed customer expectations.
Support Production or Product manager on all projects in development, process optimization,
product testing, Engineering changes, technical documents etc.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the product standard
time and yield, to ensure the relevant product can be produced competitive.

Provides technical support to
customers, suppliers and inside personnel.

Responsible for process Document
deviations base on project progress. （Indirect materials changed、new
materials input、technics parameter changed）

Support R&D Engineers, PLM and
Product manager to review new designs, new required product could be produced
on corresponding line or not, and provide assistance as needed.

Performs process design to meet the
specifications to ensure the services for all customers.

Evaluate the feasibility of the
technology for cost down，and made a better quality.

To develop and review the related
product WOI and WR；

Follow up plant scrap 、IPQC
issues、and analysis the reasons and take useful measures.

Perform other related duties as
assigned by management.

SCOPE:

Position to develop / support new and
existing products that meet or exceed customer
expectations. Support Production and
Product manager on all projects in development to generate revenue and growth for
Business Unit. Support R&D
Engineers, PLM and Product manager to review designs and provide
assistance as needed.

REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s
degree in engineering or
related.

3+ years’ experience in optical
communication products

Process experience of optical
communication products such as connectors is preferred.

Proficient in optical communication
product’s process experience.

Demonstrated ability to analyse
information and solve problems with professional solutions.

Good verbal and written skills for
exchange of information in a clear and concise manner.

Demonstrated ability to work
effectively within a team environment.

Familiarity with manufacturing
processes, 6sigma, Lean is preferred.
