We are looking for STP Subject Matter Experts STP business processes
including Vendor Master Data Management, supplier eCommerce engagement,
supplier communication during ERP/SAP S4 HANA deployment.

The role will require a combination of strong technical skills in
the mentioned ERP solutions in combination with working experience from a role
in a SAP S4 Technical Center of Excellence.

Here, you will make an impact by:

1. Good understanding of total source to pay process


2. Coordinate communication with external and internal


3. Collaborate with other teams (such as Basis administrators and developers) to resolve issues promptly.


4. Handle incoming incidents and service requests related, prioritize, and categorize incidents based on their impact and urgency and provide timely resolution or escalate to higher-level support if needed.


5. Data Analyze & management, help verify and cleansing data, ensure data quality.


6. Maintain documentation related to external and internal, including training, processes, and procedures and etc.


7. Participate in testing and validation of changes. Assist in managing system changes, transports, and transports approvals.


8. Support system cutover activity.


9. Ensure proper change control processes are followed.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, We requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in compute science, information technology or a related field.

2. Minimum of 1 year prior sourcing/purchasing support experience

3. Good experience and excel skill, if you have ability about VBA, Power Query will be preferred.

4. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

5. Experience working with (or for) SAP/AS400, Certified Partners, Managed Services providers or System Integrators

6. Experience in a multi-national large company – preferably in Life Sciences

7. Work experience in a customer SAP ERP Center of Expertise

8. Understanding of ERP best practices in process design, configuration, and development

9. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and team collaboration skills.
