• Must have 8+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Apps R12 Supply Chain
• Should have strong technical knowledge on PLSQL, UNIX
• Should have worked on production support projects
• Should be aware on support related activities (Ticket trend & status reporting tracking SLAs, ticket management etc.)
• Should have experience of leading team size of 10+ members
• Should have excellent analytical and inter personnel skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
