Introduce and continuously improve BPS (Bosch Production System) System approach in the plant (System CIP Point CIP Daily management).

• Organize and moderate System CIP workshop, follow up defined System CIP projects implementation.
组织主持系统CIP研讨会，跟进定义的系统CIP项目的实施
• Assist System CIP projects implementation in the value stream, provide necessary theoretical training of BPS tools based on project requrest (Such as VSM/VSA/VSD, 5S, QCO, TPM, Pull system, KPI Tree, etc.)
协助价值流中的系统CIP项目实施，根据项目需求提供必要的BPS工具培训（比如：价值流程图/价值流分析/价值流设计，5S，快速换型，全员设备维护，拉动系统，KPI树等）
• Support new project in planning phase according to PGL (Planning Guideline)
根据PGL对新项目在规划阶段给与支持
• Organize and carry out shop floor 5S audit, responsible for 5S implementation in shopfloor
组织实施车间5S审核，负责车间5S实施
• Assist BPS maturity assessment and BPS essentials self-check
协助BPS成熟度审核和BPS要素自审
• Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作
• Bachelor Degree or above, industrial engineering or machinery design and manufacturing related major.
本科或以上学历，工业工程, 机械设计制造相关专业。
• At least 3 years work experience in lean production project identification, implementation, and coordination. Working experience in machinery manufacturing industry is a plus.
至少3年精益生产项目识别、实施、协调经验，有机械加工制造行业经验优先。
• Be familiar with lean tools, such as VSM/VSA/VSD, 5S, QCO, TPM, Pull system, KPI Tree, etc.

• Able to organize, lead, and manage the improvement projects independently.

• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, CAD etc.).
能熟练使用各种电脑应用软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, CAD 等）。
• Outstanding English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
优秀的英语听说读写能力。
