Qualification required资格要求

Education学历

-Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or automobile engineering

机械或汽车工程相关专业本科及以上学历

Skills技能

-Technical background with a strong understanding of mechanical or automotive engineering.

在机械或汽车工程方面具有对技术背景非常深入的理解

-Knowledge in steering, chassis or engine system in automotive industry or other relevant mechanical and hydraulic applications.

具有汽车行业转向、底盘或发动机系统的相关机械及液压知识

-Knowledge of automotive industry standards and requirements.

了解汽车行业的标准和要求

-Good understanding of manufacturing and assembling technologies.

深入理解加工和装配技术

-Good understanding of design requirements for products made of steel, aluminium and plastic materials.

深入理解钢材，铝合金，及塑料产品的设计要求

-Good understanding of product development V model

深入理解产品开发V模型

Experience工作经验

5年以上的商用车转向机系统机械设计经验以及2年以上的团队管理经验

独立主导机械零部件开发，包含不限于壳体，活塞，蜗杆，扇形轴，齿轮等。

丰富的DRBFM，FEA, DFMEA等设计方法和工具相关使用经验

Other其它

-Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal

优秀的英语及普通话书面及口语交流技能

-Knowledge of German language desirable

具有德语能力者更佳

-Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, resilient, team oriented and responsible. with an ability to work in a diverse team

有很强的人际交往能力，灵活有弹性，团队导向并承担责任。能在多样化团队中工作

-Ability to follow established procedures, practices and instructions

-Excellent computer skills in MS office incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
