职责：

Process development/optimization/release, particularly for press fit, laser welding, tightening process.

● Support industrialization of new state-of-art technology in above process.

● Series production support of related equipment and tooling
支持上述工艺相关的设备和工具量产应用。
● Collaboration with international production network

● Analysis, evaluation, and rating of technical quotations
技术报价的分析评估和认定
● Coordination and alignment with project management, technical experts, lead
plant, and external suppliers

● Participation in simultaneous engineering teams
参与同步工程
● Responsible for problem solving on process technical, as well as support
quality problem solving

要求：
● Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical or electromechanical engineering
major.
机械或机电相关专业本科或以上学历。
● Strong technical background and knowledge of current manufacturing/assembly
technology.

● Good English or German language skills.
良好的英语或德语沟通能力。
● Problem solving method

● Good knowledge about Bosch steering system products is preferred.
