Responsibilities and Duties 岗位职责：

· Active engagement in team and site wide EHS activities that are relevant to the job role / function积极参与和工作/职能相关的环境健康标准小组和现场活动

· Ensure that material ordered / purchased from suppliers is in line with the explicit specifications detailed during the quotation confirmation stage确保从供应商订购/采购的物料符合报价确认时的规范及要求

· Ensure that correctly specified material delivered to site is delivered to the exact standards expected by CRANE确保交付至现场的物料符合制定的标准

· Ensure that clear, concise and accurate daily / weekly / monthly information is provided to all suppliers to ensure Supplier performance is maintained at a world-class level确保向所有供应商提供清晰、简明和准确的每日/每周/每月信息，以确保供应商绩效保持在世界一流水平

· Work closely with customer service to ensure that the defined plan set for the week / month / quarter is clearly communicated to support expediting / de-expediting of material与客户服务部门密切合作，确保明确传达周/月/季度制定的计划，以支持物料的催交/取消催交

· Understand in detail the routing requirements that drive projected completion times of production详细了解日常内部流程需求以驱动生产按时完成

· Self-manage performance against defined quality performance metrics associated with both Buying and Planning functions根据采购&计划定义的质量绩效指标进行自我管理绩效

· Ensure 100% delivery on-time to site in line with customer and production requirements确保按照客户和生产要求100%准时交付至现场

· Proactively react to changing demands to expedite / de-expedite material provision积极应对不断变化的需求，催交/取消物料供应

· Assertively manage suppliers which incorporate materials, non-inventory and sub-contract works to ensure 100% delivery of material to sales plan积极有效地管理材料、非库存和分包工程的供应商，以确保物料的100%交付符合销售计划

· Communicate daily on metrics and KPI’s as set out by department leads每天跟踪及沟通部门制定的指标和关键绩效指标

· Management and maintenance of supplier order books and reporting through the K3 system管理和维护供应商订单簿，并通过K3系统进行报告

· Actively minimise excess and obsolescence in all inventory积极减少所有的过剩和过时库存

· Facilitate the stock take process促进盘点过程

· Support all cost reduction opportunities and activities through supplier negotiations, make versus buy opportunities通过供应商谈判支持所有降低成本的机会和活动，创造采购机会

· Working with Crane Commodity Managers to support increased low cost sourcing and New Product Developments (NPD)与克瑞商品经理合作，支持低成本采购和新产品开发（NPD）

· Rate, review and report on supplier performances in key areas such as quality, cost and delivery providing recommendations on opportunities for growth strategy or change评估、审查和报告供应商在质量、成本和交付等关键领域的绩效，为增长战略或变革提供建议

Qualifications and Required Skills 资质和技能

· College Degree or above.本科及以上学历

· Sciences related Degree level qualification理工科相关专业

· Good English skill, CET-4 or above良好的英语口语和书面表达能力，英语四级及以上

· Good skills on MS Office.良好的办公软件操作技能

· Good communication skills.良好的沟通技能

· Experience within a supply chain / planning role, 1 of which within a manufacturing / engineering / production environment具备在制造/工程/生产环境中的供应链/计划工作经验
