Requirements:
1.Experience:
○Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA) for web and mobile applications.
○Proven track record of performing manual and automated testing.
2.Technical Knowledge:
○Strong understanding of functional testing, with the ability to perform compatibility and usability testing.
○Familiarity with testing third-party integrations such as CMS, Salesforce, and LMS.
○Experience in testing environments.
○Experience with testing both desktop and mobile platforms across multiple browsers and devices.
3.Tools and Frameworks:
○Proficient in JIRA for bug tracking and issue reporting.
○Hands-on experience with automation testing tools, preferably Playwright (JavaScript).
○Familiarity with backend technologies like C# and frontend technologies like TypeScript is a strong plus.
4.Test Environment:
○Ability to work with staging/test environments and manage test data effectively.
○Comfortable generating test data and aligning with client-provided data requirements.
5.Collaboration:
○Experience working in a collaborative environment with developers, product owners, and project managers.
○Strong communication skills to provide regular updates and collaborate via tools like Slack and Teams.
6.Nice to Have:
○Knowledge of accessibility and security testing practices.
○Experience setting up automation frameworks from scratch.
○Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-device testing.
