Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
• Serve as the GM’s strategic partner by managing schedules, coordinating meetings/conferences, and arranging travel
• Act as the primary liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
• Oversee project execution by delegating tasks to managers and staff, tracking progress, and delivering outcomes
• Maintain an efficient documentation system (filing, meeting minutes, and retrieval) for historical reference
Culture & Communication:
• Design and implement communication initiatives to align employees with company goals, leveraging modern tools and trends
• Plan and execute culture-driven events (e.g., townhalls, recognition programs, team-building activities) with consistent messaging
• Lead the annual engagement survey process and drive follow-up actions to enhance employee experience
• Foster leadership-employee transparency through innovative dialogue channels (e.g., Q&A sessions, feedback platforms)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver local engagement programs and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the roll-out of global/regional D&I initiatives and awareness campaigns
• Adapt and promote other culture/engagement programs tailored to local needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in English, business, administration management or relevant
• At least 2 years working experience in management assistant
• Fluent business English, with expertise in executive-level translation and drafting
• Strong coordination and communication skill, reliable, loyal and self-motivated
• Well-organized, detail oriented, working hard and carefully, with strong sense of responsibility and priority
• Excellent computer skill in MS Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
