Job Description:
• Responsible for completion of day- to- day work within the agreed service level (SLA).
• Responsible for documenting medical interpretation of the case and company causality
• Responsible in providing medical confirmation of queries to be issued to the reporting company, physician or investigator.
• Perform medical review (including verifying the coding & labelling, reviewing seriousness, check and confirm the medical information in narratives, causality statement, medical aspect of follow-up request), validate follow-up request and perform medical assessment of the case as applicable.
• Responsible for maintaining medical cohesiveness of a case.
• Maintaining the data as per the Client specific SOPs and guidelines.
• Responsible for the creation, follow up and closure of the AE related queries with the client or relevant department as applicable
• Maintain necessary peer Client communication related to case processing and medical review.

Qualification:
•Master degree major in Medical, life science
•CET 4 or equivalent
•Received training on Pharmaceutical Vigilance knowledge
