Main Responsibilities 主要职责:

1. Operational Responsibilities操作职责

· Maintain and responsible for smooth operation of the company’s business application including troubleshooting, change request.

负责维护公司业务系统软件的正常运作及业务系统用户的支持，保证业务连续性

· Maintain and responsible for smooth operation of the company LAN and communication system. 负责维护公司内部局域网和网络通信系统以保证业务的正常运作

· Maintain the computer system as detailed requirements in IT Manual. 根据总部发布的手册中的具体操作规定实行日常计算机运行维护

· Implement and monitor the security issues in IT field according to Security Manual.

· 根据总部发布的安全手册实施和监控和IT相关的安全操作

· Maintain communication system of the office according to the design of the system.

· 根据网络设计的架构维护本办公室的网络通信

· Liaison and cooperate with COTECNA ITPI colleagues, hardware， and software supplier for technical and operation issues of the system.

· 与集团其他国家的同事，以及软件供应商保持有效联系和沟通技术和日常IT操作事宜。

· Strictly follow the group compliance code and ITPI IT rules and regulations严格遵守集团的道德规范和的C的规定和制度

2. Administration行政职责:

· Production of monthly reports on IT activities. 提交向直属上级提交IT月报

· Sites inventory and hardware renewal. 本地IT资产及硬件服务的续约

· Further to purchase request, selection of technically acceptable quotations, send to GM for approval 根据收到的采购申请，选择技术上符合要求的报价后递交给总经理批准。

· Supplier liaison, follow-up and archiving of orders, warranties, and maintenance. 供应商联系， 跟进和归档采购合同，维护保修合同。

· Train users on Cotecna / MS products in use. 向用户提供微软和产品的使用培训。

3. IT Infrastructures Systems: ensuring the following (non-limitative) as per ITPI standards, or (if not applicable), as per specific documented procedures: IT 系统架构：确保根据ITPI标准或其他适用，和专用文档和流程:

· 1st level helpdesk, ensure that all Level 1 ticket and request are compliant and use internal ITSM system 用户技术支持，确保所有桌面支持，每月按要求记录事件和需求至公司内部使用的IT帮助台系统

· IT hardware (LAN, servers, workstations, printers etc.) – monitoring, preventive maintenance， and administration. IT硬件 （局域网，服务器，客户机，打印机）运行监控，事前维护和管理。

· Monitoring, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of Leased lines, minimizing down time 监控，排查和维护网络通信线路。

· Administration local OU in ADS (users and computers, group policies) 管理本地公司的用户和计算机账户

· Server patches and latest service packs installation 本地公司服务器的安全补丁和服务包下载和安装。

· System administration (server, workstation, proxy, windows update, switches, patch panels, connecting, monitoring, etc…) 服务器，客户端，交换机的维护。

· Up-to-date virus protections 保持公司范围内病毒软件的更新

· Server backup managements (restore, implementation, policies, etc…) 服务器的备份管理（数据恢复，执行和备份策略更改等）

· Strictly follow the group compliance code and ITPI IT rules and regulations严格遵守集团的道德规范和的ITPI的规定和制度

· Other tasks assigned by direct manager. 其他的由直属经理安排的任务

4. IT Infrastructures – Networks: no intervention without prior consent Regional Delivery Manager or ITPI WAN:

5. Provide 1st level support （onsite / remote） in case of any LAN issue. 在亚洲区IT服务交付经理和ITPI网络部的认可后提供在场及远程网络支持.

6. Be able to diagnose simple WAN issue and report to technical supervisor.

有能力排查一些简单的广域网的问题并向技术上级及时汇报

7. ISO17020 Responsibilities ISO17020职责：

· Fully understand company’s policy, manual, objective and other related procedures全面理解公司的政策、手册、目标以及相关的工作流程。

· Strictly implement team Working Instructions严格按照部门工作指导书操作。

8. Compliance Responsibilities行为规范：

· Full understanding of the company’s Compliance Code全面理解公司的职业道德规范准则。

· Attend Compliance training参加职业道德规范的培训。

· Sign Compliance Annex C. 签署职业道德规范声明。

9. Security/Safety Responsibilities安全保密:

· Understand the Security and Safety Manual and Procedures熟悉公司保密、安全准则以及相关工作指导。

· Act as per Working Instructions根据公司相关作业指导书操作。

10. Other Responsibilities (Finance/HR/IT etc.) 财务/人事/信息技术及其他:

· Act as per Employee Handbook and IT policy遵守公司员工手册和IT政策。

· Accept training of IT, HR and related department接受IT、人事和其他相关部门的培训。

11. HSE 健康安全和环境：

All employees engaged by Cotecna are required to commit to and abide with the requirements of the HSE Framework. Cotecna所有员工都必须承诺并遵守HSE的要求框架.

Qualification (Education/Training, Experience/Background, skills, and other requirements) 任职资格（教育背景、培训、工作经验、技能以及其他要求）

· Minimum 3 years of full stack software development experiences in PHP, Yii2 and Vue2 至少3年全栈软件开发项目经验 （PHP语言，Yii 2和Vue2）

· Minimum 3 years Windows server / Database server / Cloud service experiences至少3年Windows 服务器，数据库及云服务管理经验

· Experienced in DevOps practices, including PHP application server management, Yii queue operations, Yii project deployment and Frond End project delivery. 一定的DepOps能力，掌握PHP应用服务器运维，Yii队列运维，PHP项目日常部署以及前端项目部署

· Minimum 3 years End user support experiences至少3年用户支持经验

· Good English language skill良好的英语水平 （听说读写）

· Good communication skill and can working independently 良好的沟通能力及独立工作能力

· University education in IT or related area 大学IT或相关专业教育

· Self-driven, dynamic, and motivated 自驱，性格开朗、反应灵敏，富有耐心

· Able to find solution to problem and work within a team 良好的团队工作意识和能解决处理技术难题

· Organized, autonomous and rigorous 严格自律
