【国际供应链总监】岗位职责：
1.参与制订、组织实施公司国际供应链管理战略，建立及发展全球供应链布局，包括供应商选择、库存管理、物流规划等方面，并推动执行和落地；
2、负责全球供应链网络的规划、设计和优化，包括供应商管理、物流布局与规划等，以提高供应链效率和降低成本。
3、建立和完善供应链管理体系，包括采购、生产、物流等各个环节的管理和风险控制，确保供应链的稳定性和可靠性。
4、负责国际供应链团队的完善、培训和管理工作，提升团队的专业能力和凝聚力，推动团队不断创新和发展。
职位要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，电子/电气、工业工程、供应链管理等理工科相关专业优先，英语能作为工作语言；
2、5年以上国际型电子制造业生产及供应链管理经验优先，熟悉供应链管理流程、国际贸易规则及相关法律法规；
3、熟悉企业对外关系及地方政府关系建设及维护，善于调动各类资源；
4、具备高度的责任心、团队合作精神和抗压能力，具备良好的解决问题与决策能力；
5、主动承担责任以及危机解决问题能力。
Position:
International Supply Chain Director
Responsibilities:
1.Participate in formulating and organizing the implementation of the company's international supply chain management strategy; establish, develop, and promote the implementation of the company’s global supply chain layout, including supplier selection, inventory management, logistics planning, etc.
2.Design and optimize the global supply chain network, including supplier management, logistics layout and planning, etc., to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
3.Establish and improve the supply chain management system, including the management and risk controlling of procurement, production, logistics, and other aspects, to ensure stability and reliability.
4.Build, train, and manage the international supply chain team. Enhance the team's competence and cohesion, and promote the team's continuous innovation and development.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably majoring in Electronics/Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and other science and technology-related majors; English can be used as the working language.
2.More than five (5) years of international electronic manufacturing production and supply chain management experience is preferred; Familiar with the supply chain management process, international trade rules, and relevant laws and regulations.
3.Familiar with the building and maintenance of enterprise external relations and the relationship of local government; good at mobilizing all kinds of resources;
4.With a high degree of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and stress resistance, as well as good problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis-resolving abilities.
